Best gym located on the darkside with easy parking. Excellent facilities, friendly professional staff, personal fitness trainer if required. Very reasonable prices day, week, month, annual. Changing room with shower facilities. Chilled drinks available.

Nice cardio room with a decent variety of machines and a rowing machine which I really like and isn't always come across in gyms. The con for me is I don't care for the style of elliptical machine they have, the motion for the arms doesn't fit my frame well. But as I said plenty of variety for cardio equipment, maybe I will give the assault bike a try.

Been to this gym for Muay Thai many times now, great trainers great work out. staff always polite, not trained in their gym but seen all the equipment and looks like a very good gym. One negative comment the car park needs some work but hey, cant have everything perfect, right ?

This gym has great weight and cardio rooms. I come to the gym for the Muay Thai fitness class. This is a family run business and the owners are very friendly. The Muay Thai fitness class is great for those that want intense cardio exercise. It is not intended for professionals. The instructors are professional Muay Thai athletes. They also have yoga classes with many people attending.

I always train here when i visit pattaya. Good machines heavy weight air con and friendly staff. Also only 100 baht per visit. Amazing

Time to give credit where credit is due. This is in my opinion the best gym in my town. State of the art equipment,friendly staff and a great environment to train in. The cleanest gym I've been to.
