Perfect relaxation guaranteed. They have complimentary pick up and drop off transportation within the hotels nearby Pattaya Beach. Just make sure to arrange it with ample time. The price is reasonable considering the place ambient. Very friendly staffs and the masseuses were professional! Definetly, a must try experience in Pattaya.

Upon arrival, staff seem flustered and nervous to speak English. After explaining the menu from what i understand, i had misinterpretated. I asked for a massage and spa facility, so i got changed and had a massage which credit to the lady was a very good massage. They really know what they doing. Well-done!

Concept of SPA and Onsen is for relaxing and quite. They also imposed themselves as high end service. BUT BUT BUT they are always full of groups from China, Korea. The Onsen turn into a public pond. Full of noice. If you have group, then do not accept individual guest. They should Close entire facility of the group. They even accept group in prime time like Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 05pn. Shameful business practice. Cleanliness is also an issue. You are trying to get group business for one time money, but losing long term repeating individuals. Shame! Shame! Shame!

This place is - OH MY GOD! What an experience , what with the infra, the service. It was way beyond our expectations of a spa day. It gives you a feeling of relaxation just as you enter the premises with their no noise policy, cleanliness and the general aura.

Ordered the sushi. Had avocado in the photo. When the sushi came, there was none. Then when asked them to add the avocado... they said there is no avocado in the roll.. and said the photo was cucumber... even though before ordering the guy said it was avocado and in the photo it is avacado next to the cucumber...
