• Children from 0-5 will receive a 50% discount.
• For families with children younger than 12 years following rules are implied: 
  • A maximum of 1 child, between 0-5 per guardian.
  • Children between 0-5 years or with a maximum weight of 22 kg can join the tour on a special child safety seat on the bicycle of the guardian.
  • Older or heavier children should be able to ride a children's bicycle.
  • Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behaviors and well-being of their children during the excursions.

• Wear comfortable clothes and footwear during the biking tour.
• Address: Recreational Ayutthaya Biking, Ho Rattanachai, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, 13000 Thailand
• How to reach: You can grab a taxi or cab and head towards the location. It will take around 43 minutes to reach the destination from the city center.

Note: 

• A minimum of two people are required for this tour but if there is a confirmed tour already then the tourists can book 1 PAX without a surcharge.
• Private transfer to the starting point is available for an extra charge. In case of a maximum of three people they can book a Car/Limo, and for a group maximum of 8 people, they can opt for a minivan.
• The guests are requested to wait at the hotel lobby and get prepared at least 1 hour before the tour timing.

Cancellation Policy:

• No Cancellation fee will be charged in case the guests cancel before 72 hours of departure.
• Canceling 48 - 24 hrs before departure will be charged 50% of the fees.
• 100% cancellation will be charged in case of No Show or cancelation under 24 hrs.
