- For families with children younger than 12 years following rules are implied:

- Children between 0-5 years or with a maximum weight of 22 kg can join the tour on a special child safety seat on the bicycle of the guardian.
- Older or heavier children should be able to ride a children's bicycle.
- Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behaviors and well-being of their children during the excursions.

- Wear comfortable clothes and footwear during the biking tour.
Note:
- A minimum of two people are required for this tour but if there is a confirmed tour already then the tourists can book 1 PAX without a surcharge.
- Private transfer to the starting point is available for an extra charge. In case of a maximum of three people they can book a Car/Limo, and for a group maximum of 8 people, they can opt for a minivan.
- The guests are requested to wait at the hotel lobby and get prepared at least 1 hour before the tour timing.
Cancellation Policy:
- No Cancellation fee will be charged in case the guests cancel before 72 hours of departure.
- Canceling 48 - 24 hrs before departure will be charged 50% of the fees.
- 100% cancellation will be charged in case of No Show or cancelation under 24 hrs.

Overall Thailand trip was good..Trip was for 9days and 8nights.We covered phuket, krabi, pattaya, bangkok.Everything was good except the stay in Bangkok.Apart from that it’s an unforgettable trip. Thanks to Sun Leisure World Tour.
