- Please book this ticket at least 4 hours in advance.
- Bring your ticket with you to the attraction.
- Please be on time. If you are late, the show will run as usual.
- If you do not arrive on time for the boat ride the speedboat fee is 50 baht per person. If you pay by charter, the price is 500 baht (500 baht/boat, can accommodate 28 people)
- When the round ends at 19:30 or 21:00, if you have not returned, an additional speedboat fee of 150฿/person will be charged.
- Each round takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Be aware that operators may cancel for unforeseen reasons.
- If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend taking travel sickness tablets 2 hours before the activity time.
- If you want to take a photo with the performer, it is recommended to prepare a tip of 100 baht.
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time, if applicable).
- Sky Ocean Pattaya is open Monday-Sunday: 16:00-23:00.
- Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time.
- Latecomers or no-shows cannot be refunded.
