This is an awesome studio, it was really my first attempt and loved it did 3 weeks of it, great staff Sofi very helpful in assisting form... you got to try it

I'm coming to this studio since 3 months and I love it. Timur is an enthousiastic and inspiring Ashtanga Yoga teacher and he will help you as much as he can to get you in the perfect pose. They have just moved next door to a bigger studio, very tastefully decorated. It looks almost you are practising in an old Hindu temple, so peaceful.

This is definitely the place to visit if you want to practice yoga. A number of excellent trainers with different approaches, classes for different levels (advanced or beginners, yoga for kids!!!), a variety of yoga styles, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. After the class they offer a delicious tea. I felt very comfortable there; the rooms are not big, which allows individual approach and attention to everybody.

This place gave a new meaning to my visit to Pattaya, I felt comfortable and welcome and had a sense of security that you feel when you are in a place where people not only know their business well, but also put their heart and soul into arranging everything in it. The studio offers different levels and can introduce you to different styles of yoga. I always thought I was not a yoga person, I was just looking for a stretching class, my husband was also curious, so he came along, and we enjoyed it so much - the classes are small, so you get a comfortably personal approach. Our little daughter was treated to fresh fruit in the hall and we were all offered a cup of green tea. Everyone in the studio seems very knowledgeable and open, we left feeling very happy and relaxed and waiting for more classes at this place.

It was a fantastic place for doing yoga. The place is nice and tidy. Poses are easy to follow. It would be nice if class is available in early afternoon too.

Excellent Yoga in Pattaya/Jomtien area. The location is easy to find (just off Thepprasit Road) and is new and very clean. Have done several months of classes (Stretching Yoga) with Sergei and they are great. They have several types of yoga and instructors (beginner to advanced) and offer classes throughout the day. Yoga mats, blocks, pads, etc are available for free if you do not bring your own. I am very happy with the results and my overall health has improved. Highly recommended.
